Returns, Cancellation, & Refund Policies
Thank you for choosing our resources. Please read the following terms carefully. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
1. Digital Products Fulfillment & Refund Policy
All of our digital products — including e-books, online courses, and video replays — are delivered immediately via download or access link upon purchase.
Because these products are digital and accessible instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your download or course materials, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at clients@kerrymcavoyphd.com and we will make it right.
2. Club Membership Refund & Cancellation Policy
Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis and are non-refundable. By subscribing, you authorize automatic renewal of your membership at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You will receive a confirmation of your subscription and reminder of these renewal terms at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at clients@kerrymcavoyphd.com. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will occur after cancellation. Membership fees are not refunded for unused time within a billing period.
3. Shipping & Returns Policy
We do not sell or ship any physical products. All offerings are digital or virtual in nature. Shipping and return policies do not apply.
4. Subscription & Event Cancellation Policy
For active subscriptions, you may cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at clients@kerrymcavoyphd.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a paid period.
5. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any product or subscribing to our membership, you agree to abide by these stated terms and conditions. These policies are subject to change, and we encourage you to review this page periodically for updates. Continued use of our products or membership following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
